Takaya Kuji is the Deputy General Manager of the Food Business Division at Japan’s Showa Sangyo Co., Ltd., supervising the flour milling, premix, and pasta businesses. Kuji started his career at Showa Sangyo in 1993, working in the fields of flour milling, starch & sweetener, and public relations. In 2015, Kuji became the Head of the Corporate Communications Office in the Management Planning Department. In 2022, he was named Deputy General Manager of the Flour Milling Department and assumed his current position in 2023. Kuji received a degree in Applied Biological Sciences from the Tokyo University of Science.
