Jyh-Ming Chang currently serves as the General Manager of Thai-Ho Flour Mill Co., Ltd. He earned his bachelor's degree from Chinese Culture University. Upon graduating, Mr. Chang began his professional career in Thai-Ho Flour Mill Co., Ltd., where he has accumulated over 37 years of comprehensive experience, including flour milling, quality control, and marketing. In addition to his extensive industry expertise, Mr. Chang holds Level B technician certifications in both baking food preparation and industrial wiring in Taiwan. Furthermore, Mr. Chang serves as an executive director of the Taiwan Flour Mills Association (TFMA), where he actively contributes to the advancement of the flour milling industry.
